While exploring Pike Place Market (for probably my 6th time there) I stumbled upon Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. During my first visit I fell in love. It reminded me a lot of London’s Neal’s Yard at Borough’s Market London England. They make their cheese on site which is fun to watch.
Since I first experienced Beechers in 2009 or so, they have expanded and opened another retail location in New York. As a New York resident (when they opened) I was thrilled both to have the cheese shop accessible for my cheese needs and their great restaurant/cellar for drinks, bites and dining out.
