What makes the Remede Spa at The St. Regis Punta Mita so incredible: For starters, the spa is located within the St. Regis Resort which if you have not been, is amazing quite possibly the most luxurious hotel I have ever visited. So, taking that into consideration of course the Spa located within this high-end fabulous resort was just as amazing as I had hoped.

The indoor and outdoor spa ambiance: What I thought set apart the Remede Spa from other luxury hotel spas was the tropical feel of the ambiance. Upon arriving there was an incredible welcome reception (shown above), then you’re transported into the women’s lounge to relax pre treatment. Even the women’s changing area (shown below) is relaxing with flowers covering the benches and a very peaceful not overly crowded feel to it. There is nothing worse than squeezing into a small locker room to change and feel crowded during a time you’re trying to relax and disconnect.

The relaxation lounge with a covered roof yet an open tropical feel. I loved this room and relaxed a bit pre massage then was sure to return to the hot tub as well as to experience the outdoor shower post treatment. You really felt like you were in a tropical oasis (which you are in Punta Mita) yet super peaceful, quite with incredible service and spa treatments.

The treatment room where I experienced my massage. I highly recommend visiting the Remede Spa during your next visit to the St. Regis Punta Mita. The whole experience is truly unforgettable, super relaxing, pampering in such a beautiful peaceful setting you won’t want to leave!
