I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Chef Adam Sobel of the Michael Mina Test Kitchen Middle’Terranea learning more about his background as well as the conception of the Mina Test Kitchen. Adam is full of information and has cooked in some of the best restaurants in the country earning himself a James Beard Award amongst other impressive honors. I hope you enjoy watching the interview as much as I enjoyed being a part of it with legendary Chef Adam.
